So these are a bit of a gimmick. That said there's definitely some creative ways you can use them.

They're bumper plates. Much better than crumb bumpers. Not as good as competition.

It hasn't popped yet. It's held up to several throws.

These work better on axles and SSBs than barbells. Super snug but still snug when unlocked.

They're all the same blank. It works. Makes you feel like Arnold. Biceps are still mediocre though.

This bar has been discontinued. Knurl is super grippy without tearing your palms. A step above the OPB in my opinion.

The OG crispy Bois. Mine looks a little different though....

Let me preface this by saying I don't like multigrip bars. This bar isn't terrible in comparison to others but feels like it was designed from liking at images of other bars. Knurl is extremely passive.
