Best rower around! Facebook marketplace prices on these tell you all you need to know- they last forever and hold their value! Take up little floor space when stood up and great for sprints or long steady state

Great piece of cardio equipment! I don’t use mine a ton simply due to the fact I don’t do a lot of cardio. But this is a top of the line stationary bike! High quality you expect from concept 2. Good for steady state cardio or HIIT!

Super high quality plates that are beautiful! Not necessarily ideal for someone training powerlifting as they take up more room on the bar. Ended up selling my set when I snagged some “blemished” strength co plates on Black Friday for a good deal. Also are pretty loud in a “shrill” annoying sound- and I love a good clang of metal plates.

Love this belt squat from BOS. Has a nice feel to it, no strain on the low back and allows you to hit the legs hard. Don’t need to load it up super heavy to get a good stimulus. Still not super cheap, but more affordable than other belt squats on the market. BOS markets it as “versatile” but I only find myself using it for belt squats which is okay. At 5’ 7” I able to get a full ROM without having to modify the machine. The belt it comes with is solid as well. Can find on FB marketplace for $500-$600 which would be a great buy in my opinion!

Great budget piece with a small foot print! I have the plate loaded version. For the price it’s hard to beat, very smooth feel. Love it for tricep push downs, cable curls, low rows. The ability to have either a 2:1 ratio or 1:1 ratio is a huge benefit! I regret not getting the taller version as lat pulls from the floor are a downside. Wish Bells of Steel had better attachments for it as well (lat pulls seat/leg holder). Also should’ve saved up for the weight stack version as loading plates (as simple as it is) annoys me.
