Although all EZ bars are rackable, some are more rackable that others, like the Midas bar. Because of the length, it may be initially difficult to balance, but once getting the hang of it, there are no issues. The angles are good for both curls and skullcrushers. I have the previous version of the bar which has knurling on the entire bar, but after using this, I think the current version's knurling locations are perfectly fine. The knurling itself is fairly aggressive. The price is on par with most other EZ curl bars, but I think it's worth it if you are wanting to get a rackable EZ bar. If you don't care about it being rackable, you can probably skip this bar and get a shorter one.
