I bought these exact collars from BoS on Amazon (directly from BoS’s store on Amazon) and I received what’s either a way-too-tight collar that looks a little different from the ad, or a pretty decent axle collar.
I have the 50lb version, which my kids used as an atlas stone and I slam the crap out of. The ball will deform from time to time, and you just have to pump a little air in.
Massenomics, and more accurately, Ü&Ü has revitalized my training and introduced me to awesome people and experiences.
Crü that I’ve never met have offered me equipment, advice and the use of their gyms simply because that’s what Crü does. Massenomics built the community, and Ü&Ü fine tuned it. Honk honk.
Also, this is just a well made banner! 🪿
This bar is an absolute piece of garbage. Handles are slippery yet still cut your hands. Sleeves are loose and take extensive modification to make functional. Bar arrives bent and continues to bend if you load it with anything heavier than balsa wood change plates. Do not buy this. Don’t pick it up for free. Don’t say its name three times in the dark.
The only negative of this yoke is that it can be difficult to assemble when you break it down because, unlike Rep’s yoke, you have to slide the crossmember down from the top. It can be a bit of a pain when done by yourself. That being said, this thing is an impressive unit. It’s built like a tank and functions like a yoke and squat stands.
