When I purchased this is 2020 it was considered one the better non commercial grade leg extension / curl combos. It’s ok but not great. The pads could be thicker and last longer. The pivot point is rather wide. Overall it’s not horrible and is the 4th different piece I have had in the cellar for these movements and it’s the best out of all those used budget friendly ones I have come across. Purchased used in 2019 for $300

The Stainless Steel Ohio Power Bar in my opinion is damn near the beat power bar you can buy. Its volcano knurl is very grippy while not being overly aggressive and sharp. I have had 2 of these in my basement for over 5 years and have seen zero issues with the finish since it’s stainless Purchased 1 new and 1 used in 2021

Have been using a 150 lb BOS sandbag for a couple years and it does the job but the stupid strap handles on the sides seems to be an accident waiting to happen.

Cheap light weight bench. Bought this in 2020 and sold it off within a year. Was not a fan it just felt cheap and not what bin was used to with rep benchs

Nice light weight lat pull-down bar. It’s aluminum so it’s light as a feather and has decent knurl for the price. Purchased new in 2025
