Y-2 Rogue Yoke

Y-2 Rogue Yoke

We’ve equipped the Y-2 Rogue Yoke with 2x3" 11-gauge steel uprights, a 750-pound plate storage capacity, and durable skid feet designed to handle sled pushing and dragging exercises. At nearly two feet taller than the Y-1 model, the Y-2 also features an adjustable crossbar that will work not only for a classic yoke carry or Zercher carry, but for fat-grip pull-ups and ring exercises. With additional functionality as a bench press and squat stand, the American-made Rogue Yoke could serve as an all-in-one option for a new home gym or as a versatile addition to a full-scale pro or collegiate weight room.

I've had my Y-2 yoke for over 6 years now, and it's been kept outside in the elements for most of that time. It was used as a rack for the beginning of its life as well as a yoke, but because of the height, it was a pain to remove from the garage. There is some surface rust around some of the welds, and the plastic end caps on the weight holders are basically dust now; however, everything structural works perfectly.

Yoke is an amazing full body exercise, and an essential toll for any strongman. Rogues is one of the better ones available. Purchased used in 2025 for $350

My y2 is cut down to be between the size of a y2 and y1. I love this thing. I think the y1 is too short and the y2 is too tall to easily fit out most garage doors. Get the y2 and chop it down. I used this as my rack for years and loved it. I have a more traditional rack now, but I may have liked using the y2 for a rack more than anything else. Feels quality and easy to adjust. If you get this, also get the spotter arms so you can use it as a rack or a spare rack.
