These handles get a lot of hype. They’re solid and move very smoothly, though I’m not convinced they’re any more effective than some cheaper alternatives. The free moving design can feel a bit unusual at first. The stock grips are rubber, with optional upgrades available. Personally, I prefer a thicker metal handle, but it’s easy to see why many people like these and why they’ve built a strong following.

These are very popular in the lifting world right now. I had to get a pair to see for myself. After trying them a bit and having others in Massenomics Gym use them, I've heard nothing but good things. Everyone says how they like how you have to be really locked in and "stabalized" to use them. They are pretty expensive for D handles though.
