Manufactured in the USA, the Thompson Fat Pad™ by Rogue is the proper bench pad to maximize power and minimize injury. This oversized bench pad measures 50” L x 14.5” W x 4.5” H (about twice the thickness and 2.5” wider than a standard pad), and is designed to bolt onto any flat Rogue weight bench. I like these pads a lot but there is a trade off. Often times you have to use them with equipment made especially for them b/c of how thick they are. Otherwise it puts the bench too high for most. I've also found the pad material gets loose over time, so if using in a commercial setting expect these to not hold up so great and become wrinkled.
