Our most versatile, multi-purpose barbell to date — now available in a lighter 33 lbs / 15 kg variant, perfect for athletes of all ages and experience levels who want a safe, high-rep, and technique-friendly training option. Ideal for general strength development and compatible with many lifting styles, it features a less aggressive grip than the Original Power Bar to be gentle on the hands during higher-rep sets. Built with a 25mm diameter shaft and made from 190K PSI tensile strength steel, this 33 lbs / 15 kg bar includes maintenance-free bronze bushings, a 4" center knurl for reliable squat grip, 11" loadable sleeves, dual knurl marks, and measures 78.5" in length.
