Steel DB Weight

Rogue Steel DB Weights are designed to provide a compact, space-saving weight solution for Rogue’s loadable dumbbells and the Rogue Mace. Available in 5LB and 10LB variants, their small diameter and precision steel construction allow for a greater range of motion on movements like mace swings, dumbbell presses, dumbbell rows, and more. The design was developed in collaboration with Colin Daring to ensure optimal performance for mace and dumbbell movements. Unlike standard plates, these compact weights are optimized for sleeve space efficiency, particularly on adjustable dumbbells, the Rogue Mace, and bars like the Rogue MG-4CN. The diameter matches Rogue’s 1.25LB change plate, maximizing the amount of weight you can load without increasing overall plate size. This allows for incremental weight adjustments while keeping the same compact profile.
