I owe a big thank you to Basement Brandon for his review. It is perfection (especially at the sale price): comp spec, fully stainless, impeccable construction, and grippy knurling. These attributes allow me overlook the ribbed sleeves; it’s only handicap. Fortunately, I got an extraordinary one and never had to deal with their CS.

Let me start by saying this bar is a great value if you can get it when it's on sale for sub $400. They've since upped the MSRP and is sometimes listed for $500-$600 in which case I would not recommend. This is a very well built bar overall with good knurling and tight tolerances. It has a slightly longer center knurl than most other power bars, which I prefer. Outside of the price fluctuations the only other thing to be aware of is Hansu customer support is awful, but the equipment they make is great.
