Ski-Row Dual Function Ski and Rowing Erg (v1.1)

The Ski-Row Dual Function Ski and Rowing Erg is two pieces of equipment in one. Its first-of-its-kind, space-saving design can be used for both rowing and skiing workouts. It’s quick and easy to switch between the two, using a simple foot-level press. Lock in with adjustable foot straps and then choose between five different workout programs: time goal, distance goal, calorie goal, time interval, or distance interval. An air flywheel features 10 levels of resistance. The console starts immediately upon pulling the handle and displays seven different metrics: time, pace, stroke rate, distance, calories, watts, and heart rate. Further dial in your data with the machine’s Bluetooth and ANT heart rate connectivity. This piece of equipment has a rust-proof aluminum seat slider beam and a gas-assist cylinder for raising and lowering the beam. This upgraded version features increased stability in the ski erg position.
