I’ve got a pair for my 5.11 tactical vest. I personally quite like them. I prefer the plate loaded style to the mini sand or metal shot bag type vests so this is a big upgrade.
Ranking value low because they are expensive and only do the one thing. I would say rogue should put a 2” hole in the middle of them so you could use it on a barbell, but I think that would be silly too. You aren’t really taking these out of the vest once you get them.

I am not a huge fan of these as compared to the versions that have a curve that matches your chest a bit more. I got these for cheap so I am okay with them, but I don’t think these are the pick for what to put in your plate carrier. I still use them as intended, but another fun use I have found is using the reds as an autograph board at the HGC, Arnold, and other events. It catches people by surprise that the thing you give them looks like a clip board, but is a heavy piece of metal. That makes those worth it to me, but not something that changes my opinion on recommendation. On a silly, but true note. These will not make it through airport security. It will freak them out and you will get a lot of questions. I kind of get it, but also seemed like a security theater.
