Rogue Artillery Mug & Anvil

The mug starts out as a 21KG/46LB solid round block of stainless steel. It is drilled in a lathe to create the precision machined cavity, then turned down to the final tapered shape with a contoured rim for easy drinking. Once fully machined, we TIG weld the laser cut and tumbled stainless steel handle supports. The anvil begins with a 18KG/40LB piece of stainless steel that we turn down into the grip challenging tapered shape with a mating feature for the mug. Next the Rogue International logo is added to the mug and the 10 KG weight marker is added to both pieces with Cerakote in our Zeus Custom Department. The 5” long, 32 mm, stainless steel handles are machined in house with an Ohio knurl and are installed onto the mug using ⅝” stainless steel bolts.
