Add a ton of versatility to your power rack with the Belt Squat Attachment. Simply attach this equipment to the Lat Pulldown and Low Row attachment or Ares attachment inside a PR-4000 or PR-5000 power rack and add volume and variation to your squat training; train around upper body injuries; or move the attachment within your rack to perform dozens of other exercises. The Belt Squat features a 1:1 ratio, which means a 10-pound weight will produce 10 pounds of resistance.
