PR Deadlift Bar
The Kabuki Bar design started with the competition specifications and from there on it was reverse-engineered, with material selection and geometry to maximize the amount of flex in the bar before it leaves the ground, while balancing the whip or oscillation of the bar. The Kabuki PR Deadlift Bar should enhance anyone's pulling power immediately, but there is a learning period to maximize the results just like going from a power bar to a regular deadlift bar.

Really enjoy throwing this bar into my deadlift training occasionally. LOTS of whip and a little different stimulus than your traditional deadlift bar.

Super cool deadlift bar, aggressive knurl and a little more flex than a Texas deadlift bar. If you powerlift competitively you make want to check your federation, they likely do not use this bar. Fun for the gym and for strongman where you may encounter just about any kind of bar out there!

Bought a used bare steel one in 2026 to replace my rogue Ohio deadlift bar. Low score on value because they’re generally super expensive on the second hand market now.
Very fun bar to use, and great whip. I want any special bars I have to make me excited to use them, and this one definitely does that.

My favorite deadlift bar that you will actually see in a meets. Super sharp knurling and a hair more whip than a Texas deadlift bar.
Purchased new in 2022

Before the American Barbell Il Padrino came out this was the whippiest deadlift bar in the land. It has great knurling and a lot of whip and was priced decently well. Like other Kabuki bars it was very loud in use and they had some quality control issues on release.
