
Plate Loaded Power Squat Machine
This commercial grade machine is great for building strong legs and will allow you to squat with a full range of motion while targeting the hamstrings, glutes, and quads. The floating yoke allows lifters of all sizes to position their bodies into a biomechanically correct position. Top and bottom load positions for optimal strength training. Target hip/glutes when top loaded, and quads when bottom loaded. By varying your foot placement on the foot plate, you can put greater emphasis on the different muscles of the legs. It's designed to give the user a natural squatting motion, while reducing back and knee strain.
