Had this for 5 years in our commercial gym and it held up great! Only got rid of it to upgrade to the selectorized version. We bought it when it was around $500 which was a great buy. Not sure the price now but you can usually find these on marketplace.

FBMP find that filled the need. I couldn’t get full range of motion and you have to load plates evenly for it to slide on the guide rails. I did make a modification where I cut the top piece and bent it up. Then braced it with angle brackets. I love it with this set up.

Great addition to any gym especially if you’re on a budget. I like that it doesn’t have a weight stack because I can push it out of the way while doing other lifts and pull it back to place when I’m finished. Makes it easy to work in smaller spaces. Dropped one star on performance because my only problem is I wish the seat was further back and not right under the pulley. Other than than, worth the price.
