The Plate Loaded Abdominal Crunch provides an easy set up, 8 seat height adjustments, fixed low back pad and chest pad to accommodate a variety of different users and body types. This piece, like all of our Plate Loaded machines, is equipped with our SmartStrength Technology, giving the user the ability to manipulate the resistance profile to overload different areas within the exercise movement.
