Pegasus™ Seat

Pegasus™ Seat

Bring versatility to your home gym with the Pegasus™ attachment. Attach it to your 4000 or 5000 Series cable system ( Ares™, Athena™, Adonis™, Athena™- Wall-mounted, PR-5000, PR-4000 , or rig). Utilize different exercises, such as chest-supported rows, flies, chest-supported curls, lat pulldowns, and more. You can also remove the leg roller pads from the seat and upright attachment and attach them directly to the rack upright for sit-ups, and Nordics. It has a capacity of 300lbs. The Pegasus™ attachment is heavy-duty, weighing around 47lbs, but is easy to maneuver. A knurled handle and added grip underneath the seat makes it easy to slide the seat directly onto the upright.

Nice seat with a ton of adjustability. It's definitely on the pricey side. Only complaint otherwise is that the mag pin that locks it in place is close enough to the connection pin so it still wobbles a bit in use.

I really like the Pegasus seat. This thing is expensive, but I find it packs a lot of utility in a smallish space. It is pretty heavy, which can be challenging to get into the right position. My use case is as a lat seat for my dialed motion Ibex lat pull down. I do think the center handle is a bit wide and if you aren't mindful will dig into your thighs and is oddly a lot more uncomfortable than you would think. That said, I do get great use for rows out of it as well. I store this overhead on my rack and it stows away great. The weight issue comes into play there, but this is likely a less common use case so not a big knock against it on that. The attention to detail on this thing is next level. Magnetic pin, knurling on the main handle, under lip for your fingers to grip onto, numbering on the knee pad slots. This thing had a lot of thought put into it and it shows.
