OSO Mini Bar
We believe that it is very important to have a complete free range of motion when children are learning to use a barbell. The ideal bar for kids would be a light weight bearing bar but they don't currently exist. We also know that traditional bearings are very expensive. With that in mind we set out to create a bearing bar by machining the bearing surfaces into the bar and sleeves instead of adding the cost of buying them. By doing this we have created a free spinning bar at a fraction of the price.

Great bar for kids to use with several color options.

These kids’ bars can be a solid option for introducing younger athletes to training. They’re lightweight and available in several color options, which makes them appealing for kids. The downside is that they can be outgrown fairly quickly, and the build quality falls short of what I typically expect from Rogue.
