Monster Lite Slinger™

The Rogue Monster Lite Slinger™ is a rack-mounted cable-pulley system designed to deliver the same training benefits of a traditional Lat Pulldown Machine with better space and cost efficiency. This particular model is compatible exclusively with our Monster Lite Power Racks and it’s now available in your choice of three different resistance formats: plate-loaded, band-loaded, or weight stack*. Customers may also choose to purchase Monster Lite 3.0 24” or 43” Crossmembers, which include pre-drilled holes for the cable to pass through. Monster Lite 3.0 crossmembers are required for use with the Weight Stack Slinger and are highly recommended for users who do not want to drill holes in their existing Monster Lite 1.0 or 2.0 crossmembers.*
