For athletes who train alone in a home gym or just want some extra peace of mind when pushing their limits, the Flip-Down Safeties offer reliable protection through any failed rep, and are also stable enough to serve as a platform for your rack pulls / pin pulls. Set-up is simple and convenient, as the safety pair slides into your 3x3” Monster uprights and flips securely into spotter position.
