When it comes to strongman, The Fingal Fingers are on every serious strength athlete’s short list of most iconic strongman events. The Fingal Finger is a unique full body test of strength, athleticism and grit! This is what strongman is all about and our MBPC Fingal Fingers will test all three! Our standard MBPC Fingal is 8’ long, 10.25” ID and weighs 280lbs empty. This is the Finger weight and does not include the HD Base! Using a 15” long, 1.875” OD solid shaft with end caps and MBPC Spacers to secure your plates, it can be loaded to a total weight of 400lbs or more using standard 10lbs plates.
