I have the PR-4000 leg roller that has a curve and is designed center the roller the rack. It’s well built and easy to store on the back posts of the 6 post rack. The pad is well centered for use on sitting pull downs. It works well for single leg work, but I can barely set it low enough for my short legs due to hole spacing and crossmember hardware. I’ve set it up as a hip pad for a makeshift back extension as well. Overall, it functions as designed.

I have the 4000 version of the leg roller. Works great for leg rolling, but because it's centered in the rack, it also works for lat pulldowns to keep you from lifting up and for other movements to hold your legs down (e.g., I have a setup where I can attempt nordic curls). It's more expensive than the 5000 version, but because it is centered, you don't need a pair. However, I don't think I'd load it up with too much weight compared to the 5000, which does knock down my rating slightly.

It feels like a really high quality piece aside from the locking mechanism. I use these primarily for supporting my back leg on split squats, but I'm sure someone could find plenty of other uses for it. I have the PR-5000 version which fits my spotter arms and adonis but not my rack itself. I store it on a leg of the adonis (pictured)
