LB-3 Rogue 12” Log Bar

Rogue’s LB-3 Log Bar meets the high standards of a competition-ready 12” Strongman log--with a precision, neutral-grip design optimized for developing max strength while reducing stress on the shoulders. Manufactured in Columbus, OH, the LB-3 is Rogue’s first 12” diameter log bar—measuring 2” wider than the LB-1 Bar and 4” wider than the intermediate LB-2. The log portion itself is 52” long and constructed from 11-gauge steel with a textured black powder coating for a better stick on the clean. The parallel, neutral grip handles measure 1.25” in diameter (about 0.4” less than the LB-1) and are spaced two feet apart—ideally positioned for the clean and for better balance and comfort on the overhead log press, bench press, etc. The inclusion of extra-large hand holes also create much-needed extra space for the athlete’s forearms.
