The Hybrid Low Back Extension has 8 starting range adjustments, 8 knee pad adjustments, and 3 back pad height adjustments to accommodate a variety of users. This machine features our SmartCam technology that provides the user the unique ability to manipulate the resistance profile to overload different areas within the exercise movement.
