Glute/Ham Developer

The Legend Fitness Glute/Ham Developer features a diamondplate foot plate. It adjusts quickly for both height and length thanks to quality pop pins and chrome-plates adjustment surfaces. A chrome-plated guide rod also keeps things from binding when adjusting for length. The welded frame provides stability and reduces maintenance. Resistance band pegs are welded on the frame for more versatility. The handles off the front offer easier mounting and dismounting, and have foam grips for added comfort.
