
Deltoid Shoulder Press Circular
The Deltoid Press Circular specifically trains all the Deltoid muscles, with particular focus on the front and lateral bundles. Other muscles synergically involved in the movement are the upper trapezius, the Great Pectoralis (clavicular bundles), triceps and the great anterior dentate. The machine produces the typical movement of the slow forward (or push press) but thanks to the circular design of the levers, the movements are wider and deeper that result in a greater effectiveness of the technical gesture, in addition to ensuring safety of training even with high weights. The independent levers allow you to train in a mono and bilateral way ensuring a uniform development of the muscles involved. The handles allow two types of grips: prone and neutral for a differentiated involvement of the target muscles. The gas assisted seat and the padded backrest offer stability and safety throughout the movement.
