These “jack Stands” allow for multiple different height block pull / rack pull heights without the need for multiple sets of blocks or wagon wheels. They do tend to swing a bit on reps so you really need to control the eccentric or be prepared for the bar to bounce back at you and destroy your shin,
I bought these off a local welder that builds strongman equipment on the side.
