Just prop the jack under the bar, pull the handle back to elevate, and slide on more weight just like you would if the bar was racked. The Deadlift Bar Jack is manufactured at the Rogue manufacturing facility in Columbus, Ohio, and is strong enough to keep any fully loaded bar off the ground and steady for as long as needed. UHMW plastic is also now included to protect the bar's knurling and finish through repeated uses.
