They would well in barbell lifts easy to take on and off. I wouldn't use them for dumbbells, otherwise they're fine, especially for the price.

Not my go to collars but they do seem to be popular with my friends for their ease of use. Vs some of the better collars that the don’t seem to understand how to properly use.
