The Cerberus Power Bar is designed for Powerlifting. This barbell has a hard stiff feel with very little give. It has all the Powerlifting markings with centre knurl. It is engineered to meet the specifications of ALL Powerlifting Federations including the IPF Rules. With its micro collar we have been able to give you the biggest loadable sleeve on the market and still keep the overall length of the barbell within the rules. The design on the Cerberus bars are pretty cool with their mostly black finish and red rings, however for the price point I prefer other brands in terms of fit and finish. The knurling on my power bar was more medium and when possible I would prefer a stainless steel shaft.
