It’s loud and it hurts your butt to sit on it. But at the time there was no other options around when I purchased. It has definitely changed my conditioning.

Cheaper than the more sturdy echo bike, but a good option for the home gym. Great for interval cardio work or just warming up before a training session. Seat pad has torn and come apart
