Comically overbuilt training tool. The attachment point is built for very large carabiners. It's similar to the Ironmind little big horn in taper but starts wider and ends narrower.

This thing is just cool. Looks great in the gym and is fun to use. It is a great grip piece to play around with in the gym or to actually train for. I have the bare steel version and it held up great when I was in a basement gym. The year I moved into a garage gym it developed a lot of surface rust. More rust than any other piece of equipment I have ever had regardless of where I have kept it. I am sure it will clean up with some basic rust cleaning steps. I do really like the look of the bare steel version, but due to the rust, I would recommend getting the one with a coating.
