AML-2 Adjustable Monolift 2.0 - Monster Lite

Compatible with any Monster Lite Series power rack or rig,* the AML-2 Rogue Adjustable Monolift gives athletes a way to comfortably unrack and rerack heavy weight without having to worry about walking the bar out during squats or avoiding J-cups while benching. With Version 2.0, we’ve upgraded the strength of the attachment and re-engineered the center of mass around the handle, removing unnecessary weight and enabling easier, one-hand adjustments. A new stainless steel key can also lock the Monolift’s jaws in place, further simplifying adjustments and allowing the hooks to be utilized as traditional J-cups.
