Adjustable Dip Bars (Flat + Decline)

The Trauzzi Bars represent an original design by Irwin Fitness. These dip bars have been developed to enhance the functionality of a standard dip bar attachment, all the while minimizing the space they occupy on your rack when not in use. A common complaint with dip bars currently is their tendency to take up considerable space on the rack, often requiring users to move them to a wall or hang them upside down for storage. What we've engineered is an exceptionally smooth and stable adjustable handle system that allows you to easily flip the arms up when not in use as well as adjust the handles to various decline and flat positions. The decline element not only significantly increases lower pec muscle recruitment and range of motion but also provides a more comfortable feel on the wrists when paired with our fat grip handles.
