AbMat
By supporting your lumbar spine and eliminating space between your back and the floor, the AbMat increases stability while isolating your abdominals for a total core workout. With the AbMat positioned beneath your spine at the start of a sit-up, you get a full stretch of your abdominal muscles, which is impossible to obtain on a flat surface. As you rise, your pelvis is supported, allowing your muscles to fully contract and resulting in a more thorough and effective workout.

This is an excellent piece of equipment. I am required to do sit-ups twice a year for work. The AbMat has allowed me to continue training for this into my oldish age without the back strain of traditional sit-ups. Also a great pad for box squats and handstand pushups

Best in class. I use this almost every workout. I manly do weight sit ups and v ups with it but I also use it as a knee pad for ab roll out. Super high quality piece.

I have both the new foam design and the old traditional design. Both work great and are the gold standard for abmats. I do find this does actually help your low back and keeping in good position for crunches and sit-ups. Can also be used as a head pad for handstand pushups.

Other companies make this, but the ABMAT one is the gold standard. They updated the original design to use their hard molded foam which makes this thing indestructible.
